By booking a session with us, you are acknowledging you understand the following:

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have an appointment. Please verify you've received it and read it; it contains directions, parking and entry information.
We have a dedicated entrance and lobby for Massage Clients; please enter at the BACK of the building.
It is important you fill out the mandatory online intake form before your first arrival; appointments without this are subject to automatic cancellation 48 hours prior to session time. You will receive an email with a link to your intake form at the time of booking and several days before your session.
If you are booking for someone else, please include their first and last name in the notes of the appointment. Duplicate sessions are sometimes cancelled; putting a name in the notes helps prevent this when booking for others.
Booking policy: Should you not appear for this appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your session time, you may not be permitted to book again at our practice and/or be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment.
Gift Certificates will be redeemed against sessions that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your session time.
Minors are not permitted on the premises alone. Please contact the individual service provider you are booking with for their session room policies. Please always be mindful of others in session.
Each of the Live Oak Massage therapists are self-employed with their own pricing and service offerings. STARTING prices are listed here; please understand that a session may be more depending on the LMT.

We are located at 5341 Stewart Street Milton, FL 32570. It's the dark grey house at Ravine & Stewart Streets. Please turn at Ravine Street, park along the side of the house and enter at the back.

Please arrive 10/15 minutes prior to your appointment for a brief intake discussion and to enable your full session time. We typically cannot extend your session if you are late.
