If you have successfully booked online, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. (Make sure to check your junk/spam folder)
If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not complete the booking process and do not have an appointment with us.
This email will contain the address, parking and entry instructions as well as links to enable you to reschedule or cancel, should you need to.
If you haven't already, please check your email for our one-time mandatory intake form & health acknowledgement (Masks are currently optional in our facility).
Booking policy: Should you not appear for this appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your session time, you may not be permitted to book again at our practice and/or be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes earlier to have a quick intake chat and to enable your full session time.
Arriving a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment will ensure you have the entire session on the table. If you arrive late for an appointment, the session will end at the original scheduled time to prevent penalizing another client.
We are located at 5341 Stewart Street (US-87) at the corner of Ravine and Stewart Streets.
It's the dark grey house next to the Milton Fire Department and roughly across the street from Whataburger.
Please turn at Ravine Street, park along the side of the house and enter at the back.
